Why can’t points be used in a different store?
Because points are owned by the issuing store. This prevents cross-store abuse and keeps costs controlled. The server rejects any mismatch.
If someone screenshots another customer’s QR, can they cheat?
No. The QR contains only a Customer_ID. Changing balances requires a logged-in store account and server approval.
Who makes the final decision?
The server. It validates all conditions before confirming any earn or redeem.
When is an operation counted?
Only when the server confirms success. Failed attempts are not counted and do not change balances.
